Cooks cove walk

On Thursday I was getting ready for Cooks cove walk. I have done it before and it is fun but I'm a bit worried this time because I want to be in a walking group with at least one of my friends. We got put into our car groups and I was pretty happy because I got Neko, Kobi, Nathan and Oska. All the year six's were doing this walk  to practice for year six camp.

When we got there, the teacher told us our walking groups. I was in the first group, with none of my friends! My group was Raphi, Ella and Alice. Then we started walking up 'The Beast'. As I said earlier, I have done the walk before ,so i remembered most of it. Now we had reached the Massive Beacon of Light statue, it was pretty humongous! Me and all my friends were split up, so I wasn't the only lonely one.

When we got to the look out we could see so far into the wild. We had just arrived to the top of hill and where on our way down the other side when we saw an epic morpork (A pretty cool bird). We went to the beach, here we ate our brain break on the soggy grass. Then, we went to this magical hole through a hill leading to a rocky beach. At last we went up and down the hill again.

I was so tired. On the way back I almost fell asleep in the car. That night I lay in bed in pain but I survived it was hard to fall asleep though.

THE END
